The lowest home loan rate of Kiwi Bank might attract home buyers. Kiwi bank has launched this low rate campaign to make her mark as the lowest home loan rate bank in the history of New Zealand.
Competition to gain customers attention is one of the foremost factors of business. China and Japan control the international market places using this tactics. This shows that the power is controlled by the lower part of the pyramid.
Kiwibank is offering its lowest six month home loan rate since it began operating 11 years ago.
The new rate of 4.79% p.a. is a reduction of 0.46% and is not restricted to new customers, has no minimum lending requirement and no debt/equity restrictions.
Kiwibank Chief Executive Paul Brock said it is a very competitive home loan market at the moment and the Kiwibank offer may well be the lowest rate offered by any bank for many decades.
The rate is being promoted as a “limited time special”
Interest.co.nz says the rate shaves 46 basis points off Kiwibank’s previous six-month rate and is the lowest advertised rate for a six-month time period advertised by a bank.
The website says the next lowest six-month rate on offer is SBS Bank’s 5.10%
